Scientology Volunteer Ministers Armed with the Effective Solutions of the Scientology Handbook are Bringing Hope to the Slums of Calcutta with the Scientology Handbook
The Scientology Handbook was released at the Calcutta Book Fair in India 8 months ago. The impact that this has made in 8 months is a testament to the power of the technology developed by L. Ron Hubbard.
A dedicated team of Scientology Volunteer Ministers have been trained on courses based on chapters of the Scientology Handbook and they are taking this technology into the slums of Calcutta to provide effective solutions for a city which is known for its poverty, drugs, illiteracy and sexual trafficking. An estimated third of Calcutta's 14 million residents live in these slums.
Spearheaded by the Scientology Volunteer Ministers India Goodwill Tour, this group of young men and women are examples of the Volunteer Minister motto — "Something CAN be done about it!"
In September the Scientology Handbook will be released to India in Bengali at the New Delhi Book Fair, making this technology now available to over 200 million people for whom Bengali is their native language.
Ms. Sheena Chohan, a model and former Miss Calcutta, and a trained Scientology Volunteer Minister, is the spokesperson for the release these publications, which will make Scientology tools available to the people of her native city.
