Drums and dragons signaled the start of the Scientology Volunteer Ministers Asian Goodwill Tour, which launched this week on Kinmen Island, a small island two kilometers off the coast of Fujian province of China, and 280 kilometers from the island of Taiwan.

The Scientology Disaster Relief Team in Yogyakarta is helping survivors overcome the trauma with the use of Dianetics technology.

From their training in assist technology, families and community groups now have the tools they need to help the victims of the disaster.

The first team of Scientology Volunteer Ministers has begun providing trauma relief in Yogyakarta, Indonesia to survivors of the 6.3-magnitude earthquake that killed at least 6,234 people, injured an estimated 46,000 to 53,000 and damaged or destroyed more than 139,000 homes.

The first teams of Volunteer Ministers have arrived in Java to help in the aftermath of this week's earthquake, which left more than 5,000 dead and over 20,000 injured.

Scientology Volunteer Ministers are urgently needed to provide assistance to hundreds of thousands affected by this earthquake.
